There was an open ended $10,000 ticket pool maintained. Read the contracts. Anyone who believes Moskowitz's version of a story is overlooking the facts. Here are a few of them:

the SEC has already indicated that he falsified financials and

he lied in PRs.

He lied about customers by creating a fake customer list.

He included stock sales in his operating cash flow numbers.

He was self-dealing between SPNG and RME.

He keeps the transfer agent gagged so shareholders are unable to discover how much stock he has issued.

He forged a lawyer's signature on over 100 legal opinion letters and then tried to bribe him when the lawyer found out what he had been doing.

Yep. Old Mosky is a real reliable source upon which people can risk their life's savings.

I think you mean to say they are going to sue anyone who writes them a check for tickets but stops payment on that check because tickets were never delivered?
