I've been in BQI for a few days (at .685). We've been talking about it on this board. It "should" be popping any time. The chart looks great to me again today. Somebody suggested they are diluting the stock, though I haven't seen confirmation on that. Hopefully, patience will pay off 
I'm not a promoter or broker-- just a regular guy who likes to trade stocks for fun and make some extra cash. Do your own DD.
