Individuals can't short OTC stocks!!! No one on this board is shorting TOVC!!!! You owe us an apology. Just more amateur nonsense on this board. It it TOVC's fault we are still OTC and subject to manipulation by market makers. Get off the soapbox. How about discussing something worthwhile...IMO.
