Just got this from Ameritrade about my divies.

We certainly understand your frustration within this process. The most up to date information we have is that we have yet to receive the bulk certificate from the paying agent. We have sent several inquiries to our DTCC of this. They are waiting for the certificate to be delivered from the paying agent.
