I understand and I fully agree with you, But this company has no income for more than 3 years.. I think they are using dilution to pay the salary of the CEO and director of this company.. (dont forget they playing with more company`s)

In a normal way I have no problem with dilution if it helps to grow..to pay investments end so on..

Now the company has inside information.. about the merge,(same CEO) so I wonder if they (he) even then sold (diluted) in the marked.. that point is inportant for me to see, how the CEO acts.. next quarter would give also an inportant vieuw..

If 10Q shows no dilution I will invest big in this stock..
