I am holding my $0.36 basis shares with the intent of buying more when this sellar is either finished selling or brings the pps back down to my average pps.

The reasoning behind this is I think by not holding out for $0.40+ for their remaining shares the sellar is telling us they have a timeline for disposing of their remaining shares.

If that is not the case why are they selling at all at this price ahead of what most think should be a good qtr.

By selling at this obvious to me bad time instead of when the pps was higher they seem to have a need for ready cash.

If that theory proves correct & they are not already low on shares then at some point they may decide to dump their remaining shares at market.
