Mosko is not credible. The NYC tax authority didn't believe the phony documents Mosko tried to pawn off on them. The affidavit was funny when it stated that Mosko was "sworn" - like the fat man give's a rat's patoot about swearing oaths - LOL!

The story he tells in the affidavit is a complete joke - only Mosko would think such a ridiculous story would fly.

He's so transparent and his stories are just so ridiculous and contrary to common sense that he defeats any hope of being taken seriously.
