I have been viewing all of your posts and decided to register so I can comment. I own a bunch of shares and intend on holding out for the news and PR. However, I am getting shaken by Nite. He’s got me against the ropes, but I’ve got a tough chin and I’m starting to fight back! I'm just trying to do some outside the box thinking on ways to verify the authenticity of this company and this is what I've come up with:

• Kuni only has 2 contacts on linkedin, which is odd for a CEO of an international company
• A search for the VP's name results in an associate professor of sociology at a university in Japan and he is in his late 20's. So it may or may not be the guy we're looking for.
• The phone # for his lawyer has a Littleton, CO area code, yet he is located in HB. However, that may be a simple mistake as it should be 310, the other lawyer Dalmy is a 303 area code and so the two 303's may be a typo
• I called (after I figured out the 310/303 thing) and emailed their lawyer (Einhorn) to verify that Polaris is a client. I got no response to either
• I called a few of the companies located in that same business plaza and none of them have heard of Polaris
• Their website was registered on August 2007 and was last updated in September 2009.
• It was activated using a japanese registry
• Looking back at the web archive, their old Investor Relations firm was Maxwell Media Marketing. An email has been sent out to them.
http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.polaris-int.com/ There you can check the history of their website from Googles Cache. Oddly, their ‘strategy’ hasn’t changed since the sites inception. Their initial site was created on November 28, 2007, so that makes sense after their Staff IS acquisition. Before that it was some machine parts website.
• The current address has been listed as their headquarters since the websites first version

Take from that what you will. It does smell fishy, but I do believe in them. If they were doing a pump and dump why wouldn't they release PR after PR to inflate the price? Bottom line is we need news and we need it in a hurry. I sure would love to hear what Lancefz has to say!
