I may have huge balls but it's looking like I may be seriously lacking in the intelligence department. I didn't see the start of the year going like this. Brutal. I definitely don't like being in this so deep at this stage given the recent activity but my buying when people are rushing for the door has served me well in the past. I'm not looking to end that streak. I have been trying to get more due diligence done but they are keeping very quiet on this right now. My feeling is the Pacific Software deal fell apart because PacS wanted more than Bailey was willing to give up. Someone was betting on that deal going through and bailed when it didn't. Good news is there are many Pacs out there looking to make a deal. I would rather have Bailey be selective in his dealmaking than to rush right through. I will add tomorrow to reach 4mm shares and then cut myself off. I think I said that about cutting myself off after 2.5mm so we'll see how it goes.
