Well, I have enjoyed reading the last 300 plus posts over yesterday and today---

My 2 cents--

1. Gump should be listened to---he has a lot of whiskers---

2. Rick-UK , Biochemist, Bob and the moderators for this particular stock have offered a TON of very creditable DD on KATX

3. The $1 Mil and "up-to" $5 mil in funding for KATX in return for "JUST" an equity position in this essentially start up exploration company-- temporarily listed on the pink sheets--SPEAKS VOLUMES!! If you can read the unsaid between the lines.

4. 50,000,000 shares is not to be sneezed at as collateral,,,But the "INVESTORS" are expecting a monter success---many times the current SP , share price----

5. Why? -- b/c this is not a loan!!! and the only way they will be able to get their money back and a return on their investment,, -- is to be able to sell those shares in the future--- to some mutual funds and/or some other block buying institution---so as not to depress or collapse the pps if word got out that the "original insiders" were getting out.

6. If you had 50,000,000 shares of a stock---how do you get out of it ----think about the current float when you want out---think about who is going to buy your position and why would they want it!!!!!

7. Long term investors who are building wealth and have accumulated large positions---they are not flippers who just live for the thrill of some pecentage points and the EGO of buying the drinks at the local watering hole---An exit strategy is necessary if you have been successful with your investment.

8. It appears to me that Ken, and the INVESTORS for Ken's dream KATX,, believe that this company has the potential of being a MAJOR wealth builder----and those don't come along and get discovered at .05-.06 cents every day----

9. Nike was started in my backyard in Beaverton---but I did not see it---yet I was a securities broker in Portland---and , I even bought my running shoes from him----How many people see and know what they are buying----???????????? Damn few---
