I have 28000 shares of behl, So I am not a serious investor. I just started following this board last week, and decided to sign up for this site just a couple of minutes ago. It seems that the general concencus is wait until after the shareholder meeting before making any decisions? Any advice as to how long it will take to start seeing the pps at maybe .03 or .04?(if the company is successful/good news at the sh meeting).
