10Q will show more dilution at a point stock was wothless, even when CEO knows that he is planning this merge news.. So I believe this is all planed to be, no 10Q on time gives him time to dilute more on the news he created him selve..

I have seen big sell trades @0.0004 in the past months..

I think OS is around 600 milion, that means +10%.. if it is more than its even wors.. (dont forget 240 mil. company gave for free)

If there is no dilution in last quarter, this gets a big buy, so I sell my house and step in with real cash.. if this is true..
but I cant believe it, becourse this company dilute in every quarter exept the last this CEO came to this company. Now a few months later we will see what he did in his first months.
