do you realy think, that Ezra will tell you in a conf call, that a merger is in work ? LOL !!!!

the 300 mio shares are for fall back soloution and they are planing to release not more than 100 mio shares

but without the approval for 300m sahers they will not have any back up in case financing is not possible.

I have a good feeling and 2.1m already financed and they are planing to do more with the new investor. ( financial partner )
