Warrants are at %50 intrinsic value IMO if one uses the $10 strike price as a reference. They could potentially be worth way more than that if mgmt gets about the promised uplisting pronto now that the merger is final.

Great news IMO and I look forward to an eventful and profitable 2010 for the new Wowjoint.

Can we shoot for a move straight to the Nasdaq global? I cant see why not but if im missing something please let me know...
