David - I read your bio..

Please don't throw stones, your background is not that impressive.

There are lots of things a start-up should not do, and Tom
are doing a lot of those things.

Lots of things a start-up should do, and plenty that Tom is not.

I am just bystander offering my opinion, and I happen to own
shares.

The argument will be solved in time.. But I bet, IF the company
turns out to be a scam or goes out of business, you will surely
defend it to your grave and blame others for its demise.

We'll all see in due time.
