...just a hunch, but could be the 3rd party converting a Debt instrument ie: Convertable Debenture, or any other multitude of 3rd party debt instrument possibilities, HDSN has a reputation for being the vehicle utilized to facilitate these transactions for these types of players.....they played on the BID and ASK at certain times the other day when we hit several million shares trading......this could point towards share dilution from the back door...and/or possible shorting........so to speak.....
