Count me in with concern about the status of the NDAs. It seems to me that, while the NDAs may still technically be in place, the parties are no longer activey engaged in discussions. I say this due to the lack of any kind of update on the NDAs, and from the language that JD uses in his PRs. Of course I could be, and I hope that I am, wrong. Also, while I guess it is good that they are getting inquiries and the timeline for the prototype will be moved up, how can you put out such a PR without any reference whatsoever regarding what the timelines are!!! JD, you're killing me bro!! Once again, JD's PR, in my opinion, does as much, if not more, harm than good. These PRs create questions and concern. I still feel like the company is going in the right direction, but it just seems that we were led to believe that they were much further along than they are. Also, I still don't understand how the in-house prototype project and the Carleton project differ, unless the Carleton project was pure research and no development. If anybode can talk me down from my concerns, please do!
