From what I understand HJ is taking over and puting in about 100m in assets as well as taking GAGI back to full reporting status. I would say with all of that said he is going to go up to Nas. Small Cap or atleast OTCBB and leverage some of those assets.

If you take a look at the Healthcare Of Today website you will see this guy is a massive roll-up company in the medical industry. (Look under "Other Companies" tab) They list 34 companies that they own and acquiring more every month.

I have been making good money on the bounce and I really do believe we could see .05 soon and after the audits I think my stock could be worth 10x that on the OTCBB or higher.
