Just Googled Imagin3's office in Burbank, and the building looks...well, I'm trying to be nice here, but the street and the company HQ are almost a joke. The neighborhood looks rough to me.

You can check it out for yourself by going to Google Maps and getting a street view.

Let's put it this way - I wouldn't park my car on that street.

Just my opinions.
