Quoted from IHub post:
he Reverse Merger Theory seems to be the only plausible explaination. These are the list of Companies that do the RM:
1. LFZA(USSE) ran from .0002 to .84 420,000%
2. SXML(AMRP) ran from .03 to $50.00 160,000&
3. CYBR ran from .001 to .50 50,000%
4. DEXTQ ran from .005 to .21 42,000&
5. CKXE(SPEA) ran from .10 to $30.60 31,000%
6. OBDP(VQPI ran from .006 to $1.50 25,000%
7. PKT(USAC) ran from .0002 to .049 25,000%
The list goes on and on.
What makes this company to run? My humble opinion is that, the private company comes in, buys the controlling stoks of the Shell campany by buying 90% of the outstanding stocks, thus pushing the share value to go up.
