FWIW, Reality check - most probably anything John finds on a tape can not be patented unless it is changed/enhanced in some material way. I can't immediately cite the laws/regulations governing patents but I'm pretty sure John/JBII can not get a patent on information/formulation that existed and was to some extent disseminated prior to his finding it.

I’m not saying he/JBII doesn’t have use of what he finds, just that it is unlikely that it can be patented now. If correct, it may explain some of the value/importance of trying to keep it secret and planning to ship it pre-mixed and packaged to P2O sites
