TheComicStore.com Announces Name Change and 50-1 Forward Stock Split


Sacramento, CA --February 9, 2000-- (OTC Pink Sheets: CMIX - news) As part of the company’s "Millennium Plans", TheComicStore.com is changing the name of the company to CMI Holdings Group, Inc., and executing a 50-1 forward stock split with an effective date of March 1, 2001. The company has completed and filed the necessary paperwork with state of Nevada and the NASD.

“Our new corporate name is reflective of the expanding direction the company is taking, and we anticipate several exciting developments just ahead. With our recent Funding Agreement, we can build shareholder value through acquisitions, and help create new businesses and take an equity position in them.” Ross Rojek, CEO said. “Re-capitalizing the stock structure of the company will allow us to accelerate acquisitions and development.”
