I was complaining about Barry's behavior while you were still supporting him one hundred percent. Asus has nothing to do with this discussion. What he thinks is irrelevant to our discussion.

The attempt to ridicule me by suggesting that I should go out and buy a shell company is meaningless. Why don't you refute my arguments with solid counterpoints. The fact is that there are none.

And if I had the money to buy a shell company, I certainly wouldn't go out and buy something like ReelTime. Instead, I would buy something without debt or start acompany from scratch. And I wouldn't buy or start a public company in order to run a shell; I would have every intention of creating a real busines.

There is no point for one person to put to million dollars into this. It makes no sense. JGs deal never made any sense to me. But it wasn't long before I started seeing that it was a con-game. He cannot be that ignorant, incompetent and lacking in common sense to put two million into this company, and no one will loan him the money.

The only thing that could work here would be for ReelTime to sell shares in the open market to people willing to risk a few thousand dollars on the outside chance that this company would take off.

I will be waiting to read your reasoning for my being wrong. What proposals would you make. I can't remember you ever making one. But the past is water under the bridge. What would you do from the current junction? My opinions on the matter, I have already stated. My opinions in what should have been done three plus years ago is in record here for anyone who cares to go back. There is no doubt that, if Barry had done what I proposed, ReelTime would now have between 10 and 20 million in assets and no debts. And that is a fact.
