Trading the SPY and QQQ

Hi TraderXx,
I am over on the MKTSS board following the DJX and have been curious about the SPY and QQQ also as they trade a little bit similar to each other. Do you trade the stocks, the futures or the options on the two? I would also be curious as to who you use for your charts and do you use realtime charts? I also try and follow the ES, SP and NQ futures using this Lycos link but sometimes all of the quotes are not working

Do you have any recommendations for a good realtime charting site? The Lycos link is free but sometimes it is not working.
