Ion22k, you're right, we do own the company. I think the only thing left to do is send shareholders to Phoenix and demand answers directly from Squires. Maybe somebody knows... what are our rights if any as shareholders? I just don't get it. Surely Squires knows this 10Q is going to have shareholders running for the doors. Why wouldn't he put out some sort of PR to soften the blow? Unless he just has nothing left. Which is looking very likely.
