If a firm that is quoted on the pink sheets releases timely and credible quarterlys and annual reports, and many do... then they are taken seriously and their price reflects what they have made public. There are many stocks on the pinks that do this even though they are not required to do so.

On the TSX-v this is a requirement.

Point: There is absolutely no reason for the management of this company to not be making quarterly/annual filings if the company was serious about being taken seriously and moving towards a listing.
