Why would Mr. Tuorto direct you to Transfer Online instead of answering a few simple questions that he should know the answers to?

Perhaps he was deflecting the issue instead of being a responsible corporate citizen.

I can't believe that after all the scandals since 2000 that companies still behave like this.

Mr. Tuorto behaved very badly by not answering your questions; you have a right to get answers, not be pushed aside like so much bureaucratic dirt.
