What's up with the phone number [phone]?

From what I could find out This was the company previous company phone when the company name was Modern World Media, Inc at Glendale, CA United States.

From the company history at their site:
On July 26, 2005, Modern World Media, Inc., created as a California corporation by its two Co-Founders, Mr. Kuni Misawa and Mr. Naoto Higuchi. To date most of the funding for the Company has come from its two Co-Founders and a few shareholders. The name of the Company has been officially changed to Polaris International Holdings, Inc as of September 26, 2007.

I guess they changed the phone (indeed, it seems so from their new website) and the old phone went to another user. In fact, that phone appears to be from:

Same phone, different address, so the story fits.
