yes, but THE problem with that, Van, is

that at 15 cents,
we thought that the PPS would go to 30

but instead, .............. we are at 7 cents


so WHAT the HEiLL is going on here !!!!!!!!!!!!!

but The good thing is that we can talk to RR in PERSON on March 5th
