NEWS 2/22/10 Rotate Black, Inc. Enters Into Agreement to Purchase Gaming Vessel

PETOSKEY, Mich., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --

Rotate Black, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ROBK), a premier development and management company of global resort and casino properties, announced today the Federal Courts final approval on its agreement to purchase the gaming vessel named "The Big Easy" with the Chapter 11 Trustee of Cruise Holding II, LLC. Pursuant to the agreement the Company via certain of its current shareholders tendered a deposit for the vessel. The Company anticipates closing on or before March 15, 2010.
