Where there are lawyers there are delays. I swear they are paid more for what they don't do than for what they do.

To the msg. board: sorry for the rant yest. just frustrated like most here, had to blow off a little steam lest I pop my cork.

Still long and strong just grumpy, lol. I have much faith in Monty and his POR. Once we secure financing we will be just fine IMO.
