I agree with AB.

Top of 8K clearly records 2010, not 2009. What are the odds of a coincidence that the 8k happens to be reported on FEb 12, but 2010, and the event also just so happens to occur on same day, Feb 12, but 2009? Certainly possible, even though it makes no sense. Nonetheless, I'd bet on it being a typo.
