Not use it (L3) , MM" manually set their prices to what they see on level3 into the computer for their level 2 Quotes,then the the computer takes into account all the MM' and pps and sets the Bid/Ask algorithmically right? What effects what they enter into level2 computer program for this stock , if they have no shares to borrow would be less on the sell side right? That keeps the price up right ?
