I do not how many of you are aware but my question is what will happen to the multimillions $$$$(Fitzgerald's estate) from the case against Fitzgerald launched by Tronox in 2009.
This case bypassed the scheduled pretrial conferance and is now scheduled for a jury trial in March of 2011. This infromation is all available on the net.
When settlement takes effect where will the money go??
Bondhoders or Tronox equity... these funds would certainly help getting this company to go forward with proceeds from the fraud case. Nevada State Court
Perhaps this is what all are waiting on to come out from the dark places Tronox has been in........
What implications are there regarding the Goldstrike mine and Barrick Gold on a go forward basis???
What proceeds would be available to Tronox if a settlement was required from Barrick subsequent to the Fitzgerald situation coming to a close???
