A better question would be how did it get there in the first place. I suggest a series of events placed the PPS in the mid-teens, my personal thought is a very well conceived pump and dump in conjunction with some achievements by the company. I believe looking at the charts that we are about where we should be until we have a PBR up and running producing algae . Another thought that I share with some is that a major news event announced next week or in weeks to come would propel the PPS as long as it is verifiable and conclusive. I think by the end of the second quarter we could easily be back in the teens as long as BEHL is producing revenue. By years end I can see the PPS exceeding .25
