gtober - Re your omega 3 rec. I've been taking daily doses of flax seed oil straight out of the bottle for years. Haven’t had a cold or the flew since I don't remember when.

Just to add: when playing a stringed instrument, Banjo, Guitar, after a while my fingers would begin to go numb. Flax seed oil (omega3) relieved that too.

just an old geezers humble experience
