Wow.. holy chit.. I had no idea.. and these disclaimers that contradict exactly what they are trying to do- it reminds me of cramers show 'for etertainment purposes' and yet he poses as the guy you should listen to above everyone else blah blah.. I dunno- to be honest? Im sorta insulted nobody has ever approached me to push a stock.. now im glad because greed might have taken over- especially if it was a tough market like it is for me right now : )

but I guess in all fairness? if the disclaimer is there? it really is buyer beware when you come down to it.. but with equities its such a fine line.. I lost a chunk of my Dads money 15 years ago by convincing Him to buy a penny stock called GIFs.. touted by Gayle Essary/waaco kid.. oh man we sold it at a huge loss 2 days befre it was halted.. thank goodness.. he was so pissed at me to begin with but seeing it halted a few days later turned me cold with fear- pure luck we sold it because back then I had no idea what taking a loss meant... I rarely play any pennies now.. I know some people legally make a killing with them? but to me why bother- so much easier prey in the bigger game..

geesh Gayle Essary.. last time I wrote about him in public he had his lawyer contact me- no kidding.. men and my mouth.. I remember telling I think it was Brad? on s/i? to delete the message and he tried to convince me not to.. but who needed the hassle.. Welp, Gayle is dead now so fark him... piece of crap.. sue <this>!
