Peter sued Dan, claiming he was going to take his house from him. Dan only countersued, but basically kicked his azz with a 3.5 million dollar judgment against peter and hop-on. Peter wasted a lot of time with his personal vendetta against Dan, and spent a lot of shareholder money trying to destroy Dan. And as usual, peter lost.
Peter has done this to an ex also, he will spend his time, shareholder money and use hop-on attorneys to sue people he is upset with. peter's is "corporate attornehy" lost both cases against her, and she had sanctions granted against peter. BTW, she was representing herself, and is not a lawyer. Shows you how competent they are over there at hop-on! If anyone doubts this, I can give you the case numbers for all three cases, and you can read how peter got his azz handed to him.
Maybe if peter focused on making a product work, and didn't worry about the success of people in his past, he might be able to do something. It seems his nature is to use whatever money he can to personally harass others instead of investing it back in the company. peter did this to his first wife for over 10 years. IMO, the guy needs to let go of his past, and worry about making money and concentrate on that. If he doesn't care about old exes, who he claims are "bitter" why does he sue and harass them on Hop-ons dime. Seems childish, I checked out what one of the exes was claiming, and the court documents stated exactly what she claimed.
Peter- move on already.
