Vale Inco, staked 2360 claims around the “Lucky” properties, which cost $60/claim =141,600 just to stake.

To keep their claims in good standing for year 1, they have to spend $200/claim =$472,000. + $141,600 =$613,600

If they do any airborne or ground geophysics you can start adding hundreds of thousands more to the pot.

As I explained to several other investors with the same question, this was a fairly sudden trip for us. The board had discussed this issue some time back and decided that attending the PDAC this year was not a priority for us and our time and resources would better be spent on the task at hand. However, we had several recent request to meet with mining companies if we were to attend the PDAC and for that reason only we decided to attend.

At that point we thought maybe we should exhibit at the show as well, but all floor space had been booked for nearly a year now and the Newfoundland section was only reserved for prospectors in which the government helps to offset their cost of attending. Therefore we had nowhere to set up. However, we are offered a place at the Newfoundland pavilion to meet and display our projects but the interesting development here is, that the companies we are meeting with have provided addresses(Their Offices I assume) outside the PDAC. So our presents at the pavilion may be sporadic.
