Attached is the Pure Energy Visions announcement of the fuel cell deal. HET and Ethanoil an Gas were the buyers and, of course, we renamed Ethanoil and Gas to SymPowerco to reflect the acquisition. Note that HET is a private company and did not issue news, but the 2 public companies did issue news.

It should also be noted that the original DMFC prototype, like all prototypes, is meant to test ideas and really has little value after that. Our new one is shaping up to be very valuable, providing the ideas work, and then it too will be cast aside in favour of an Alpha or Beta version meant for rigourous testing by potential customers. My point? Prototypes belong in museums. It's the next step that counts.

Anyway, be careful with all Pink Sheets companies, including ours. It's a volatile, hazardous place so don't bet the farm on us or any others there. We'll try to bring this kicking and screaming into greater stability if we can, and the new FEDMFC prototype is intended to help us do that.
