lehman restricts all common and traditional preferred shares to preserve NOL

this indicate to me that Lehman will at some point attempt to 'lump' commons and traditional preferreds into the same boat.

As of now, Capital trusts are a creditor to the estate and probably wouldn't be represented by an equity committee. However, it is not inconceivable that there could be some sort of debt to equity swap.

Right now the EC is really for commons and traditional preferreds...but it wouldn't hurt to get the CTs on board as well.
