Not bad...when compared to 71%

Unarmed robbery....courtesy of Wall Street owning our government.

OTC stocks should not be available to short or borrow. Another workable solution would be to have a SEC rule stating that stocks under .25 pps cannot be shorted or borrowed. (.25 is the listing price to get on the OTCBB)

Takes real money at that price point to go after a company. As it stands currently a small company like CPRK can easily be destroyed for $1M.

Going after a multi-million dollar company like CPRK is just to tempting of a target. An outside group who was trying to force BK in order to buy up the assets for pennies on the dollar could very well be working in the background right now.

It sure looks like a hedge fund or other private money is just pounding away at the stock price on a daily basis without regards to upside risk.

Their target upside will be attained when the company fails and pays back their seed money 10 fold or more. They not only get the difference between what their short position is holding on the day of the failure back they get the whole company for a song and a dance.

Plus NITE/Knight has made millions on 5k trades alone....pretty sorry situation when the fees collected by the broker are more than the value of the trade itself.
