The most effective way to get the point across is not 1 on 1 with every known investor on every stock one dislikes. This would potentially take a lifetime!
The best approach is to run a campaign (get signatures) for what you seek to communicate and then drive it straight up the SEC’s “ASK” (wink-wink!)
Because after all that farting here, at the end of the day, this horse is still on the ground, DEAD.
Further kicking, beating and cursing at this dead horse as if hoping (something on the inside) can feel and hear enough rage to get up and gallop into the sunset with you on its back while making apologies, is pointless.

I learned this from last years filings for 2008's losses and it does pay off!
all the monies I would have owed the IRS from all the gains I made in the latter half of 2009 was virtually eliminated due to all the carried over losses of 2008.
