Sorry to hear about all these problems you guys are having with your holdings.

I have read the documentation extensively and it was made very clear that the default option was CDI's and if you wanted common stock you had to make that election.

Not sure about the effect of being resident outside of australia. I am aware of two shareholders having their shares sold without their knowledge, one was based in Japan.

I suggest you go back to the IM and read the section that talks about non-resident shareholders.

What is the sentiment of those reading this thread? Once you get your hands on your shares are you looking to lock in gains or ride it out for much larger gains in the future?

Good to see the naz trading settle down a little on Friday on good vol. Would be good to see it consolidate at $10 before taking off on the back of announcements, only problem is that there won't be long for that consolidation!
