Thanks Gambler,

I like the letter from the commissioners, very Pro-Laidlaw.

The other letter makes me nervous, but I suspect it will be a non-issue in the end. It appears from my opinion that the wood supply is the key issue for the State to confirm in order to deliver a permit. (even though LLEG has a favorable study) I think the transmission issue is already addressed, IMO.
