This may be a question you can present to IR.


My guess on their possible answer: Because MMR's encryption is done through a fax machine our level of security is higher than most. No licensee or partner will have access to the code and there is no 3rd party intervention when dealing with any medical records - they are 100% patient controlled.
MMR also has secondary passwords on vital information. I have a PHR through MMR and I have secondary passwords on all of my license, passport, and financial information. It allows for extra added security.
