If Hydra's share structure is going to be approximately 50 million with 40 million of that going to existing ARSC shareholders, given a maxed O/S of 10 billion which I don't believe is the case, wouldn't that equal (40 million / 10 billion = .004) Hydra shares for every ARSC share?

So for example, (1 million * .004 = 4000) 1 million shares at .0003 for $300 would theoretically become 4000 Hydra shares at $1+ offering price?
