Elite Technologies Sub Signs Contract With Billing Company

ATLANTA, Aug. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Elite Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ETCH) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Worldtouch Communications, Inc., has signed a contract with Immediate Solutions of Atlanta, Ga. Immediate Solutions specializes in configuring their patented software with name-brand hardware for billing purposes.

Immediate Solutions will be responsible for handling the itemized billing for all of Worldtouch's international telephony traffic.

Todd Holbrook, President of Worldtouch, stated, "We were looking for a company to outsource the considerable task of international billing, especially in lieu of our recent success in entering the Russian market. The language translation, currency exchange, and capacity of twenty (20) million plus minutes per month made finding such a company difficult. We are confident Immediate Solutions is the perfect choice for Worldtouch."
