Carlton University is still using the money to further develop the fuel cell. If they come up with something, Sympowerco can still use it.
If they do not, Sympowerco already has that covered as they are now working in house and can move much more rapidly toward production as there are a lot less constraints put on them that would otherwise slow them down.
It Sounds to me that Sympowerco has already used some of the technology research from Carlton as was recently posted.
