Ok then I promise not to tell anyone else and I promise not to trade so now ERHE has no reason not to tell me all the drilling results. You are confusing two rules. One is insider trading the other is selective disclosure. I didn't accuse anyone of insider trading all I said is you can't selectively tell one group of shareholders information while excluding another group of shareholders. That is what Reg FD is all about. I also never claimed ERHE was doing that with SEO. Someone else did.
